🏡 House Rules for Guests

✅ General

Please treat the apartment with respect, as you would your own home.  Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Quiet hours: 15:00 - 18:00 and 22:00 – 08:00 (no loud music, parties, or gatherings). Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. You may smoke on the balcony and use the provided ashtray.

🧹 Cleanliness

Dispose of trash in the designated bins.  Do not leave food out – it attracts insects. Please wash dishes and cookware after use. Report any damage or malfunction immediately, so we can fix it quickly.

🔐 Safety & Security

Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the apartment. Turn off lights, air conditioning, and electrical appliances when not in use. Do not leave keys inside the lock on the inside of the door.

🚫 Restrictions

No parties or events. Pets are not allowed (unless agreed in advance). No illegal activities of any kind.

🛏️ Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: after 15:00 (unless agreed otherwise). Check-out: by 12:00 (please leave the keys over the kitchen table). Late check-out may be possible upon request.

🌍 Respect for Neighbors

Please keep common areas (hallway, staircase, etc.) tidy. Be considerate of neighbors at all times.
